Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to the MX Bikes Steam Key Giveaway! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before participating. By entering the giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship

This giveaway is sponsored by the developer of the game, PiBoSo. The giveaway platform was created to accurately verify whether participants already own the game on Steam.

2. Participation Rules

Participants are only allowed to participate with one Steam account. Any attempts to enter the giveaway multiple times using different accounts will result in disqualification.

The Steam account used to enter the giveaway must be active for at least 7 days.

Your IP address will be logged to prevent multi-participations from the same user.

3. Ownership Verification

We check whether your Steam account owns the game MX Bikes:

  • If you already own the game, you will be unable to complete the giveaway form (the second step of the giveaway will not be available).
  • If you do not own the game, your Steam name and IP address will be temporarily saved, and you will proceed to the second step.

In the second step, we check whether you are a member of the MX Bikes Discord server:

  • If you are a member of the MXB Discord, your Steam name, Discord name, and IP address will be temporarily saved.
  • If you are not a member of the MXB Discord, you'll see Step 2.1 which will invite you to the Discord Server.

4. Conclusion

By participating in the giveaway, you consent to the temporary collection and storage of your Steam and Discord username and the IP address for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

Privacy Policy

User Information and Data Collection

To ensure fair participation in the giveaway, we collect the following information:

  • Steam Account: Your Steam account name and ID, to verify non-ownership of the game MX Bikes.
  • Discord Account: Your Discord username and ID, to verify membership in the MX Bikes Discord server.
  • IP Address: To prevent multi-participations from the same user.

Data Storage and Removal

Temporary Storage: The data collected (Steam name, Steam ID, Discord name, Discord ID, and IP address) will be stored temporarily in a file on our webserver.

Data Format: The file will have the following format:

Data Removal: Once the giveaway concludes and the winners are determined, the files containing user data will be permanently removed from the webserver.

Data Usage

The collected data is used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and ensuring fairness in the giveaway. All user data will be treated with care and deleted after the giveaway has ended.
